Pay your bill

Cash, checks, debit/credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and money orders are accepted at our Main Office, 200 Canal Street, during normal business hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. For your convenience, there is a drive-thru located just to the south of the building off Magnolia Street for payments only. Please limit the number of transactions to five (5) if you use this option. Next to the drive-thru window is a night-drop box where checks and money orders can be left after hours and on weekends. Please do not leave cash in the night-drop box.

Payments may also be send via US Mail to: UCNSB P.O. Box 100, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32170. For overnight payments, mail to: 200 Canal Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.

E-Access

You can save time and money by using the UC's E-Bill and Online Payment options through our new E-Access customer account portal. Notices that your regular monthly utility statement is available will be automatically sent to your email. Then you can pay your bill online using your Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card and save the cost of postage. Click on the E-Access button on the right side of the page to get started.

Automatic Utility Bill Pay

The Automatic Utility Bill Pay Program allows you to pay your monthly UC bill directly from your bank account on the due date shown on your statement. It’s a great way to avoid late fees, and is especially helpful for part-time residents.

Budget Billing

The Budget Billing Program allows you to budget your expenses easier by paying a monthly average of your regular utility bills. A true-up occurs at the end of the calendar year. This program is available to year-round customers who pay their bills via Automatic Utility Bill Pay (below) and who have had service for a minimum of nine months at the location.
