Showerhead Exchange

Our showerhead exchange program offers UC water customers the opportunity to exchange their old 2.5 gpm showerhead for a water-saving kits, which includes a 1.25 gpm massaging showerhead and other conservation tools.

Electric Initiatives


Free Energy Audit

UC electric customers can receive a FREE in-home energy audit from our Florida-certified energy rater, Stan DiBello. This program offers you the opportunity to have your home's energy consumption personally analyzed and learn what specific, energy-saving recommendations can to help you save money. If you are contacted by anyone else without having requested an audit from the Utilities Commission and you have questions, please call our Customer Service Department at 386-427-1361.

2009-2010 Electric Rebates

Duct leak repair rebate for Residential Customers

Residential customers can receive up to a $200 credit when they have their central A/C system ducts repaired by a professional. Click here for an application and regulations.

Added insulation rebate for Residential Customers

LED exit sign rebate for Commercial Customers
